O2 extends its free broadband offer

O2, the popular network provider, has announced that it will extend its free home broadband offers to the public by another two months, which gives a larger number of consumers’ time to get in on the fun of free broadband.

The announcement from O2 came today and stated that the free home broadband deal will be extended until the last week of February.

Consumers that choose to try out the free broadband deal will save around £35 per month on broadband.  The deal is offered with an entry level O2 package that can pipe in speeds of up to 8Mbps if you are willing to pay an additional £7.50 per month, which is not outrageous given the huge break the free deal offers.

There are other benefits associated with the O2 deal that include a wireless router, security software from O2, and customer support.  Additionally, consumers can rest easy knowing that they will have secured home broadband from an affordable and reliable source.

Outside of the promotional deal, O2 is known for offering a wide range of services and packages that are streamlined to fit every budget and individual needs such as speed allowances.

In the latest comparison of major broadband providers O2 came out at the head of the pack due to their copper based broadband which is able to offer speeds on average of up to 5.11Mbps.
